Welcome to the Villages of Westport Property Owners' Website

This website features information and community activities for property owners in the Villages of Westport (Jacksonville, FL). All of the homes that were built/completed (Phase 1) in this community were built in 2005/2006 as single-family homes. The Villages currently comprises of 2 named subdivisions: Creston and Keniston, located off Braddock Road just North of Dunn Ave.

The Villages is not completely developed due to the economic downturn but that has not deterred the current residents to maintain the beauty of their homes as showcase of the community to potential new buyers. Creston features 2 ponds within its circled drives to serve the residents for leisure. Both subdivisions also feature maintained landscaping and stucco wall enclosures to preserve some privacy and quiet to homeowners. Although we are not served by a community center (planned), the residents take advantage of paved sidewalks and drive circles for bicycling, running or just walking.

VillagesofWestport.org website is maintained by a current resident of Creston subdivision as an online community information board where all property owners can post/share/view information and events that affect us. Potential new buyers are also welcome to view this website for community information.
